In 2012 Katherine founded The Progress Partnership, which draws together all her professional and personal experience, what she has learned from formal and informal training and combines it with her passion for client value and personal development. Since then she has helped teams and individuals across the market at companies including JLT, Aviva, Generali, Marsh, AIG, Aon, Axa, RSA and various Syndicates at Lloyd's to develop their skills and grow their business.
