Sharon is an executive coach and leadership development consultant who works with individuals, teams and organisations to empower them to be successful in all aspects of their lives.
She has extensive experience working strategically at an Executive level with organisations, leaders and people and has significant expertise in nurturing talented individuals and building high performing teams.
With a background in Human Resources, and a successful career spanning two decades Sharon has worked across different sectors and geographies in strategic partnering, transformational change and organisational effectiveness roles.
Sharon is experienced in designing and delivering successful development initiatives to enhance leadership and personal effectiveness and culture change. Sharon has been a trusted business advisor to senior executives and has a deep understanding of how organisations work, making leaders and teams more effective, excelling in stakeholder engagement and what it takes for businesses and individuals to be successful.
Sharon’s most recent corporate role was Head of Leadership and Talent at RBS Corporate Banking, with 13,000 people, where she was responsible for a £1 million development budget. She led a team of people, identifying and developing leaders and talented individuals and focusing on leadership team effectiveness. Sharon designed and was responsible for a future leaders programme winning a HR Distinction award in Talent Management and raising over £400k for charities.
Sharon is passionate about making a difference to the people and organisations she works with. Her approach is pragmatic, results orientated and intuitive. She has high emotional intelligence and builds strong relationships. She has a calm reassuring presence and builds confidence in individuals enabling them to stay on track and gain clarity of thought even in the most challenging environments. Sharon helps individuals find success and balance with her positive outlook and supportive but challenging approach, which helps individuals to reach their true potential. She helps her clients to create a vision for their goals with practical solutions driving success.
Qualifications & Memberships
An accredited Coach (Coaching Academy, International Coaching Federation), Sharon also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD Qualified). She is a NLP Practitioner and is accredited in MBTI step 1 & 2 and in Facilitation Skills Training (Kinharvie Institute). She is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Essex Co-Coaching Facilitator, Association for Coaching.
